We are one of Australia's many medical practices located in Preston Victoria Australia. We have been serving the local community since 2014, with all our doctors at the practice speaking fluent English and Chinese. We are open 7 days a week and have available, General Practitioners, Acupuncturists, Dermatologists, Skin Cancer specialists, Chronic Disease Management and Pain Management specialists. We are looking for someone who is professional, courteous, has excellent organisational skills and friendly. You will need a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Corporate General Manager and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business. We are offering $180K.

**Your key responsibilities will be to;**
- Managing the organisation at a strategic level with decision-making authority for day-to-day operations of the Medical Centre.
- Evaluating and planning of the organisation current policy and standard operation procedures to align with the objectives for the Medical Centre.
- Setting organisation’s goals to maximise profit, endorsing the policy and strategies to ensure all departments are operating at the proposed direction to achieve specific goals within the timeframe.
- Conducting meeting with the head of departments in the aspects of finance, operational methods, current sales, medical services reports, procurement of medical equipment, and human resources.
- Approval of campaigns or projects and authorising fund for implementing major programs.
- Assessing the risk of the external situations and setting up new policies and commands to respond to such situation, issuing directives to senior staff to be passed down to subordinates.
- Attending major events, seminars on behalf of the Medical Centre at official level and representing the organisation in negotiations with stakeholders.
- Forecasting the budgets for following quarters and financial years, liaising with head of finance in preparing reports to be presented to governing bodies.
- Recruiting higher management staff and monitoring performance of senior level staff.
