**About The Opportunity**
This is an opportunity to join an ambitious company with big dreams and be part of the growth journey.
You will be responsible for talking to prospective clients and helping to secure new leads and appointments for the Business Development Managers. You will be encouraged to spend time talking with prospects to really understand their business and requirements.
**Your day-to-day role**:
- Generating qualified appointments for our business development managers via inbound customer inquiries, references and cold calling..
- Via a phone call; Identifying and qualifying customers to restructure their digital marketing campaigns to obtain more leads or drive up revenue.
- Motivating and educating clients on the success of digital marketing and identifying the benefits for them to move forward.
- Capturing all data, accurately, into the CRM
- Leverage your relationship building & sales skills to build brand trust.
- Adhere to compliance best practice at all times. (we will provide great training).
- Regularly contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Monitor and take responsibility for your KPI’s.
- Attend meetings occasionally.

**Must have**:
- Tele-sales experience (or prove you have what it takes on the phone)
- Ability to turn a ‘no’ into a ‘yes’.
- Ability to build relationship and trust over the phone
- Articulation and be well spoken, able to connect with a wide variety of people.
- Determination & motivation
If you have telesales and cold calling experience, you will crush this role.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
**Salary**: Up to $60,000.00 per year
