**About the Role**:
The Project Officer, Grants performs project management and support activities to support Aboriginal Affairs NSW's investments in communities through grants funding.

**About the Team**:
The AANSW Community Investments team oversees AANSW funding programs and works closely with other AANSW Directorates to deliver funding programs that support, and are responsive to, Aboriginal communities. Community Investments work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and we are looking for someone with relevant skills in grants and funding programs to assist with the administration of funding programs across AANSW.
- You can provide a range of grant project management and support services with great attention to detail and accuracy.
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, who can sensitively and effectively engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
- A strong advocate for cultural safety and inclusivity, who can foster a culturally safe and inclusive working environment where Aboriginal peoples and culture are recognised, valued, and respected.
- A team player who can collaborate effectively with the team, other government agencies and institutions, and community stakeholders.
