Join a call centre leader in the automotive industry. We work with major car brands, offering multiple services, from running sales campaigns to booking regular services, conducting surveys, etc.

**The Role**:
Our Outbound campaigns specialist plays an instrumental role in acquiring new customers, introducing our fully tailored solutions and managing the customer experience on behalf of our prestige car dealerships. We strive to ensure that our clients always receive personal and exceptional service. Working within a call centre with clear targets, you will be mostly responsible for prospecting new clients. Also, partially, you will be providing outstanding service to the existing customers and constantly promoting Irwin solutions. The role will be split 80/20, where 80% will be outbound calls and 20% inbound calls.
**You will**:
- engage with prospects with interest and empathy
- booking meetings with new prospects on behalf of our sales team
- communicate effectively to identify their needs & positioning Irwin's solutions
- resolve any concerns in a seamless customer experience, including the appropriate handling of customers in vulnerable circumstances
- identify and investigate existing customers' pain points or complaints
- manage expectations and aim to provide the best possible outcomes for our customers
The call centre's hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Full-time and part-time vacancies with rotating and fixed shift times are available.
Initial interviews will be held virtually, and the final interview will be held face-to-face at our CBD office (close to QVB).
**Training**:
Please note that onboarding and ongoing training will be for 4 weeks. See details below:
- 5 days a week, Monday to Friday
- Training will be facilitated in our CBD call centre.
- After training is complete, you will transition to the chosen rotating/fixed shift pattern.
You are required to work in the office for the first 4 weeks from the start date, after which you will transition to a hybrid working model (minimum 2 days in the office)
