Join the Southern Adelaide Local Health Network as the General Surgery Fellow where you will be responsible for the provision of high-quality care to patients in the wards, investigational and procedural areas, emergency department and outpatients. Be apart of the supportive and professional team that fosters a nurturing learning environment across a variety of locations.

**About the Role**:
To be successful in this role, your duties can include:

- Managing and providing appropriate clinical care to patients and coordinating the follow up care of patients
- Attending operating/theatre lists as per deemed appropriate
- Participating in the after hours On Call roster
- Attending Consulting Clinics as per the scheduled roster

To be successful in this role you will need:

- To be registered with the Medical Board of Australia (AHPRA) as a Medical Practitioner with General Registration
- A minimum of 4 years post graduate medical experience
- FRACS in General Surgery

This position includes being rostered over 7 days, involves after-hours work, On Call commitments, and weekend shifts. Sometimes after-hours work or weekend shifts and can always call the next person On Call for support at all times.
