**Your Mission**
At Thirdera, the solution consulting team provides ServiceNow customers with business value-oriented, inspirational decision support. Every day the solution consulting team gets to take ServiceNow customers "to the toy store," evaluating the power of what is possible. Our work helps companies build revenue, delight their customers, and conquer the future before the competition. In the bargain, we enable the Thirdera account and practice teams to provide exemplary service. Expertise, Curiosity, and poised Showmanship are the three attributes our Solution Consultants have. **As an Advisory Solutions Consultant, your responsibilities include**:
- Demonstrate and grow the three core “Presales 3.0” attributes: Expertise, Curiosity, and Showmanship.
- Identify, document, present, and discuss potential ServiceNow solutions to client business needs, as well as technology limitations and issues that may arise.
- Maintain a level of ServiceNow expertise that allows confident, experienced-based recommendations and scoping questions
- Lead the response to Request for Information/Proposal (“RFP”) documents
- Staying current on product developments/releases to a level required for demo and scoping
- Investigate and share competitive landscape intelligence and differentiators between Thirdera and competitors
- Craft concise and compelling proposals and statements of work (“SOW”)
- Provide enablement to the sales team about ServiceNow enhancements that can address customer needs and provide additional value
- Responsible and accountable for investigating and understanding client challenges such as business drivers, evolving business needs, security, customer satisfaction, employee turnover, manual and/or ad hoc process
- Responsible for identifying technology limitations and deficiencies in existing systems and associated process, procedures and methods
- Analyses clients needs in a efficient and timely manner, produces requirements documentation and system plans.
- Identify and communicate client ROI and value in proposal presentations
- Provide advice through developing proposals for ServiceNow implementation including being able to recommend software upgrades and/ or purchases.
- Confidently locate and address any potential risks that could affect the delivery of our ServiceNow product throughout its technological implementation.
- Fully participate in presales team collaboration, innovation, coaching, and enablement activities; commit to constant refinement and growth of the presales craft in both yourself and others.
Does this sound like you?
**Need-to-have**
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- ITIL Foundations Certified
- 4+ years working with ServiceNow
- Experience with facilitation and business case development
- Skilled in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Proven ServiceNow development or process leadership experience
- Exceptional planning and organizational skills
- Advanced knowledge of encryption and decryption
- Ability to solve complex business issues
- Effective at building and maintaining customer relationships
**Nice-to-have**
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (any)
- ITIL Expert Certified
