MAYDAY Recruitment is looking for an experienced Brand Manager to work for a leading global luxury cosmetics and skin care brand.

As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive growth and brand awareness for the Makeup division across Australia and New Zealand. You will manage product delivery across all channels and work with teams to develop creative strategies. You will also analyse market trends and make recommendations to achieve goals.

**The role**:

- Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for the Makeup and Promotion division.
- Oversee the development and execution of digital and social media campaigns.
- Managing product or brand portfolio; achieving KPI, sales, profit, market, promotional, etc.
- Monitor and report on product performance and marketing to make necessary adjustments.
- Establishing close partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring regular flow of communication and commitment to projects and activities
- Leading and managing the development and progress of portfolio projects, ensure consistent quality and fiscal responsibility.
- Overseeing a team of 2 in implementing in-store promotions and activations to ensure excellence in execution.
- Planning and managing the marketing budget to ensure ROI.
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights and make recommendations to achieve goals.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity.

- Will have around 5 years’ experience in a brand management or marketing.
- Experience working in the beauty or makeup industry - luxury cosmetics is an advantage
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field would be advantageous.
- Leadership skills and ability to set and prioritize goals for the team.
- Is innovative, looks for new ways to add value and extend engaging content across the brands and contribute to positive change and advancement of the team.
