Whilst working as an enthusiastic and highly motivated Customer Service Officer / Licence Testing Officer you will work for our client, a well-renowned organisation. You will need to be flexible to work between 3-5 days a week between the hours of 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday

**Your new role will include the following**:
Resolving customer enquiries at first contact
Testing and assessing learner drivers on pre-determined routes
Proving constructive feedback
Processing cash and electronic payments
Completing administrative transactions, including appointment setting and responding to incoming customer telephone enquiries
Adhering to policies and procedures ensuing compliance at all times
**To be successful in this role, you will have**:
Hold a full & valid Victorian Divers Licence
Previous experience in a customer service role
Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional organisation skills with the ability to multi-task
Experience resolving customer enquiries and complaints
High attention to detail & organised
Availability Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm
