MAYDAY Recruitment is searching for a skilled
**Retail Marketing Specialist** to join the marketing team of an established and fast-growing e-commerce business that is a global brand and household name.

As a
**Retail Marketing Specialist**, you will play a crucial role in the execution of retail marketing and loyalty campaigns. You will be involved in driving business growth and contributing to the ongoing evolution of marketing strategies.

**The role**:

- Managing and optimizing weekly promotions, acquisition, and retention campaigns to maximize business growth.
- Leading cross-functional teams, consisting of various experts to develop and execute effective multi-channel marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Analyze and measure success of all campaigns, looking for ways to improve and increase engagement wherever possible.
- Generating reports
- Identifying and implementing innovative marketing strategies to enhance engagement and drive innovation.
- Conduct market research analysis staying abreast of industry trends and consumer insights
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related degree and/or equivalent experience
- Experience in Retail or E-commerce
- Ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders and digital agencies
- Communication skills and ability to build relationships across the organization
- Customer-centric mindset, with the ability to put the customer at the heart of marketing strategies
- Strong multitasking skills, capable of managing multiple projects and project streams simultaneously
- Will have a great attitude, enthusiasm, and passion for what they do
