**About the Role**
The Lead, Workforce Performance role is a relationship-based role that contributes as an effective partner with leaders, teams and people to provide efficient, solution-focused and innovative human resource services that support DHS to deliver strategies, programs, systems and services.

**About you**
The Lead, Workforce Performance role is for a passionate, curious, creative and engaged individual with excellent interpersonal skills and the and capability to build strong internal relationships. You will be highly self-motivated, have an aptitude for embracing complex problem-solving opportunities, as well as the ability to influence diverse stakeholders. You are digitally aware and have the ability to analyse, interpret and utilise data to assist leaders to assess workforce needs and inform workforce strategy and business improvement initiatives that increase workforce performance.

About the Business

People and Performance provides critical business support services across the department, including Communications and Engagement, Organisational Development and Learning, Human Resources, Wellbeing and Safety, Business Improvement and Technology, and the Incident Management Unit.
