**Your Opportunity**

In this newly designed role, you will work as a part of Mission Australia’s team facilitating the design and development of service and innovation to deliver quality programs that meet the needs of the community they serve.

**Your key responsibilities will be to**:

- Work with team and key stakeholders to regularly strategize, plan and prioritise a pipeline of tasks.
- Collaborate across the organisation to design, document and test service models, improvements and innovations.
- Lead the local team in the delivery of program requirements to clients, as per the agreed operating procedures and guidelines
- Use human centred design methods to problem solve and engage stakeholders in creative design processes.
- Responsible for the co-ordination of delivery of the service commitments in order to achieve the required client outcomes.
- Develop and nurture effective relationships with your stakeholders.

**Requirements for Success**
- Strong social/ public-sector experience or social innovation experience
- An understanding of how services can be adapted or implemented to better meet the needs of the community they serve
- Proven ability to build strong and respectful relationships with all stakeholders
- A genuine passion and commitment for social impact and innovation
- Proven ability to synthesise and analyse complex information from a range of sources
- Strong written communication skills
- The ability to understand performance data and financial implications
- Strong problem solving and strategic thinking ability
