Play a key role in enhancing organisational efficiency with the PRONTO ERP system. You'll develop high-quality training materials, including documentation and multimedia resources, to help users effectively navigate the system. Your work will include creating tailored induction programs, ongoing training resources, and providing Business-As-Usual (BAU) support to address user inquiries and improve system adoption.

Some key Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Conduct training sessions on the basics of PRONTO ERP for diverse user groups.
- Develop and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation and training materials for ERP modules.
- Create engaging onboarding materials to help new employees get acquainted with PRONTO.
- Produce various training resources, including short instructional videos and cheat sheets.
- Provide ongoing support to PRONTO users, troubleshooting issues and enhancing their experience.
- Address user inquiries and offer guidance on best practices for utilizing the PRONTO ERP system.
- Collect feedback from training sessions to continuously improve materials and support strategies.
- Stay informed on PRONTO ERP updates and training methods to ensure program effectiveness.
- Engage with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gain an understanding of how the PRONTO ERP is used.
- Create Knowledge Base Articles in the Service Now.
- Engage with new employees to provide Training via Virtual Meetings.
- Perform any other related duties as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven expertise in creating engaging training materials, including documentation and video content.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly convey complex information.
- Experience in training users and providing global training support.
- PRONTO ERP experience is preferred but not required.
- Previous global experience is desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles.
