**About your new role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Manager - Operations to join our team on a full-time basis. In your new role you will take the lead in the management and financial performance of the property. You will pro-actively maintain the property to ensure the cleanliness and presentation is as expected. Our culture is important to us, and you will play a key role in contributing to building the appeal of our business in the marketplace for future and present residents. Some of your additional primary responsibilities will include:

- Be thoroughly familiar with our management agreements and to manage the property as per the agreements
- Establish and maintain a constructive and productive working relationship with all key stakeholders, including investors/Owners Corporation/Body Corporate Management company
- Take ownership of problems and ensure that they are seen through to completion
- Maximise the financial return to UniLodge and our Investors
- Pro-actively maintain the building’s fit-out and the standard of its equipment
- Maintain a supportive and fun team environment and workplace culture
- Embrace and encourage staff towards continuous improvement in their workplace

You are passionate about delivering an exemplary level of resident experience at the property and have the drive to see the property and the team succeed. Key to your success will be your ability to design innovative strategies that generate growth and additional revenue. Ideally you will have experience in the student accommodation industry and will have the ability to develop, implement, foster, and manage the community spirit program to leave our residents with a feeling or being part of a great community. You will be a people person; someone who team members can go to address HR and other matters.

Our mandatory requirements include:

- National Police Check (completed within last 3 months)
- Working with Children’s Check
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia and New Zealand
