Position Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Managing internal trade spend processes and submittals with customers
- Managing customer activations (such as off-location activities)
- Product promotional forecasting and customer forecast collaboration
- Manage promotional evaluation for nominated customers
- Maintain customer range lists
- Process customer requests for images / product samples
- Relationship management with relevant retailer contacts in Tier 1 customers
- Customer management with allocated Tier 2 and Tier 3 customers - support National Account Manager
- Ensure account priorities are efficiently communicated to the field team
- Assist with product range reviews and ad-hoc presentations
- New product launch planning
- Support new business development
What we are looking for:
- Degree qualifications preferred
- Experience within the FMCG or Retail Industry (in roles such as a Territory Manager, Category Analyst or Brand Activation)
- Numerically savvy / good commercial acumen
- Team player
- Ability to balance multiple tasks - administration support for a National Account Manager as well as customer facing duties managing a specific customer portfolio
- Eager to learn
