**About the role**:
We are looking for a confident individual with strong finance and operations experience who understands the importance of communication, solutions and delivery. He/She should have a passion for solving problems, identifying solutions, leading projects, and working in cross-functional teams. If you love, being in the hot seat with the opportunity to be a hero, we’d love to meet you The Operations Specialist will report directly to the Financial Operations Manager based Sydney. He/she will work closely across Sales, Ad Operations, Business Development, Marketing, other regional Fin & Biz Ops teams, Headquarters, subsidiary Finance Teams, HR, Legal and procurement teams to ensure a full end-to-end financial and operational support on all aspects of the business. This role will support Australia and NZ, as well as SE Asia.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
**Customer Invoicing**
- Manage the complete invoicing process through Sales Portal / NERP
- Develop and maintain documentation pertaining to business processes, systems operation, billing and other operational processes
- Update and manage salesforce cases that relate to new customer account set up requests
- Weekly reporting on aged debtors and tracking outstanding payments, including escalation/issue management

**Travel & Entertainment/General Expenses**
- Run the monthly T&E report that identifies compliance to policies across the team
- Manage the credit card process and onboarding/credit limit for APSBO team
- Manage the T&E submission process for the Head of Operations, as well as GM and VP as required
- Champion the full Travel and Entertainment process

**Vendor Onboarding and Management**
- Own the monthly generation of content partner revenue share and TV Plus reporting locally and within other regions as required
- Provision of reporting obligations to commercial partners and vendors
- Onboarding of new vendors (VERS) and managing the contractual/commercial process in ECMS

**Reporting/Insights/Other**
- Assist with new starter set up where required including access to sales systems/tools
- Provide advice on procurement approvals, expense management and cost approvals for office related items
- Support the Financial Operations Manager in relation to month-end tasks, quarter-end and year-end tasks, including expense analysis and management
- Assist with business and finance operations where required, including but not limited to price approvals for campaigns

**About You**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- CPA/CA/CFA qualified with min 7 years’ experience in financial operations role
- Experience working with SAP/or similar ERP system
- Attention to detail, ability to multitask with strong organizational skills required.
- Strong MS Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Access etc. Intermediary to advanced excel skills - mandatory
- Bilingual English and Korean, a plus
