**Some of your duties and responsibilities will include**:
- Effectively address client inquiries, furnish information, and present available options in accordance with established policies and procedures, while also directing them to the relevant service delivery team when needed.
- Serve as the initial administrative support and central point of contact for clients arriving for appointments, including the management of appointment scheduling.
- Contribute to the administration of regional events, encompassing group treatment sessions, educational programs, internal meetings, and community-based events.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support across all service delivery areas, including tasks such as data entry, record maintenance, and workflow management.
- Facilitate the distribution of both internal and external correspondence related to client allocations, referrals, appointments, and service satisfaction.
- Offer administrative assistance to external referral platforms, including contracted health providers and external stakeholders.
- Play a pivotal role in sustaining the daily operations of the region, which involves overseeing regional correspondence, managing deliveries, coordinating travel arrangements, processing invoices, raising resource requests, and addressing property and maintenance concerns.
**Essential requirements include**:
- Be able to collaborate within a team
- Communicate clearly, actively listen to others, and respond with understanding and respect.
- Show drive and motivation, an ability to self-reflect and a commitment to learning.
- Have experience in a customer service and administrative environment.
