**So, what is a Business Support Officer and what do they do?**
Great question. The Business Support Officer will be
**_involved in a range of tasks, with consistent responsibilities_**. This may look like providing support to the Managing Director and various team members throughout the firm, managing debtors’ follow-ups on a weekly basis, working with the hiring manager on creditor payments and supporting different facets of the business as required. This position is focused on providing effective and efficient assistance to enable the s
**_mooth running of the operational and professional services of the firm_**. Other duties may include:

- Drafting legal documentation and correspondence for/to internal and external stakeholders
- Opening and closing files
- Data management with regard to creditor and debtor files
- Providing weekly reports to management in relation to payments
- Assisting with the onboarding process of new employees, including uploading employment contracts and generating employee files in the HR system
- Engaging with team members at all levels and assisting to maintain and improve the high-performing culture within the firm

You will need to have some legal support experience and while the role is open to considering applicants of various levels,
