Administration Manager, Shopping Centre

Fantastic opportunity to gain a foot in the door within a leading property landlord who own a large portfolio of Shopping Centre's in QLD. They have a reputation for fostering a great culture, team ethic, training and career development.
Reporting to the Centre Manager you will manage a well presented shopping centre, being responsible for supporting centre management team.
A snapshot of your responsibility will include:
- Collection of all tenancy rental charges by the due date and where necessary issue the appropriate letters of recovery as directed
- On collection of tenants’ rental payments, receipt and issue a Trust Account receipt DAILY. All Cheques and monies must be banked the day they are received in line with Trust Accounting guidelines.
- Check and bill tenants the monthly electricity invoices (around the 8th -12th of the month) in time for the monthly issue of Tax Invoices.
- Check and bill tenants any additional charges (air conditioning, recoverable expenses) for the monthly Tax Invoices.
- Check and issue monthly rental, outgoings, electricity, and additional charges on monthly Tax Invoices.
- Sales figures sheets, electricity advice and receipts are also to be attached to the Tax Invoices (if applicable).
- Complete financial sections of the monthly report.
- Update lease files, rent reviews and general maintenance of property management system.
- Complete CPI and Fixed Rent reviews
- Chase tenant arrears through letters and phone calls, regularly printing arrears reports.
- Reconcile bank accounts after trust has closed for the month, each month.
- Assist in chasing up all outstanding Lease documentation, including liaising with both the Owner’s solicitor and the tenant’s solicitors.
Coming from the Property industry you will ideally have experience working within Retail Shopping Centre assets or MRI software as an experienced Administrator or Administration Manager.
