- **Onsite Monday to Friday**

My client, a consultancy leader is seeking an Office Coordinator who, as the external face of the business, is dedicated to presenting the office in its best light, providing excellent service both behind the scenes and front of house

**Some responsibilities, however, not limited to**
- Supporting the planning and organising of company events
- Assisting with event Coordination
- Preparing morning tea and afternoon tea when required
- Overseeing the presentation of the office space
- Ensuring office facilities and equipment are well maintained and presentable
- Ensuring that systems, databases and registers are kept up to date
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Making travel and meeting arrangements
- Support the business team as required

**Requirements;**
- Well presented & a team player
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organised and meet strict deadlines
- Excellent MS Office experience
