**ABOUT THE COMPANY**
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
As the Office Coordinator, this role will encompass a range of tasks blending front-of-house duties with a strong administrative focus. To be successful in this role, you will need to be a highly organised individual with strong attention to detail, and an ability to keep the office running optimally at all times. This role will require a high-level of customer service, as well as a can do attitude to assist with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
**DUTIES**
- Ensuring a smooth running of the office at all times
- Managing the office assets (e.g laptops, phones, stationery)
- Assisting with wider team administration
- for example travel arrangements, professional development, and inductions
- Assisting with overall organisational compliance and procedures
- Preparing rooms for meetings and functions
- Assisting with database entry and reporting
- Meeting and greet visitors and team members
