**The Company**:
This Professional Conference Organiser are an incredibly fast growing and well respected conference and events company, with a relaxed but highly efficient office and work from home environment. The majority of their work is managing conferences on behalf of Association and Society clients. They are looking for a Sponsorship and Exhibition Coordinator to join their rapidly growing team

**The Role**:
The Sponsorship and Exhibitor Coordinator role will report to the Sponsorship Director. The Sponsorship and Exhibitor Coordinator role will work closely with the Sponsorship Managers and Director to maintain and develop commercial sponsorship partnerships and strategies to increase sponsorship income. This role will work closely with the trade and sponsorship team who are committed to engaging effectively with sponsors that are interested in engaging with the wide variety of clients and content covered within the conferences delivered by the PCO. In addition, the Sponsorship and Exhibitor Coordinator will support the Sponsorship Manager in the delivery of multiple ongoing individual projects and events.

Key Responsibilities include;
- Foster Trust & Respect throughout all dealings on behalf of the PCO
- Ensure projects are on time and within budget through exemplary service delivery
- Have a complete understanding of the status and progress of all event tasks allocated to them
- Maintain positive and productive working relationships with all clients, staff & stakeholders of the PCO
- Logistical planning and management of Sponsorship and trade shows
- Keep the Sponsorship Managers informed of the status and progress of all their events
- Capturing, tracking and managing all lead generations activities utilising the preferred CRM
- Leveraging internal and external networks to establish relationships and facilitate introductions to potential sponsorship sources
- Working both autonomously, and in partnership with the Sponsorship Team on all projects
- Manage brand/design - online and print, working within style guidelines
- Development and implementation of a marketing plan to maximise market opportunities
- Ensuring project delivery for clients is possible, realistic and within the PCO's budget considerations
- Provide regular trade reports to conference committee’s
- Developing sponsorship and trade prospectus in line with event brief and with a view of maximising return to the clients and to the PCO
- Contributing to marketing strategies and helping to develop compelling and strategically relevant content for sales prospectus’
- Assessing venues for suitability for exhibition/sponsor requirements
- Quoting and Contract documentation
- Exhibiting strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to nurture and grow relationships with a wide variety of sponsors, including corporate and government
- Exceptional people and client management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Previous sponsorship experience is highly desirable
- Experience working on exhibitions is highly desirable
- Demonstrate self-awareness and a commitment to personal development
- Demonstrate and encourage professionalism
- Ability to travel interstate and internationally when required
