As the Service Manager for our International Technology stack, Onshore Print, Telephony, and macOS environments, you will be responsible for ensuring the ongoing governance and compliance of these essential services, across internal teams and vendor delivered products. You will be the custodian of all Incident, Change, Problem, Risk and Vulnerability Management processes, ensuring the effective implementation of the ITIL best practice guidelines in delivering to Group standards for IT Service Management.

**About You**

A suitably experienced IT Service Manager with demonstrable success in delivering best practice ITSM using the ITIL framework.
- An understanding of various EUC tech stacks in an enterprise environment, especially around Telephony, Print, and desktop endpoints
- Experienced in vendor partnering, governance and management
- Well developed interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
- High level project and process management skills
- Competence in navigating ambiguity to make data driven decisions
- Detailed reporting capability including good written command of English
- Ever curious, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for the technology stack
