In this role you will be an integral team player with a proven ability to lead social media advertising creative that drive conversions, end-to-end. You know how to capture / engage your target audience whilst having a key skill in being able to coordinate creatives/designers from ideation, production, implementation and learning generation.

**As our Social Advertising Lead**, **you'll play a pivotal role in**:

- Manage a team of 5, including 3 direct reports
- Design, manage, and optimise campaigns across various social media advertising platforms
- Lead discussions on budget optimisations to uncover opportunities for revenue growth and enhance Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS)
- Take charge of the entire ad creative production process, working closely with our team of designers, videographers, content producers, and campaign managers
- Ensure the delivery of creatives that significantly boost sales and align with our current business objectives
- Implement and oversee A/B tests, fostering a culture of continuous learning and rapid iteration
- Stay updated with industry best practices and bring fresh, innovative ideas for testing
- Collaborate with our campaign manager to continuously analyse campaign performance. Share insights and creative opportunities with stakeholders
- Ensure the timely delivery of both qualitative and quantitative content on a weekly basis

**Qualifications and Skills**

**To be successful in this position you will have the following skill-set**:

- 4-5 years experience in a similar role (Social Media Advertising and Creative Direction/Producer) working with eCommerce/retailers (ideally coming from a creative agency)
- Proven experience leading social media advertising creative (production end-to-end)
- Proven ability A/B testing social creative
- Solid understanding of social media creative advertising landscape, including best-selling practices and performance levers across various social channels such as: YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Meta, Snapchat, Pinterest
- Strong creative management experience with an eye for design with a proven ability to brief creatives/designers on paid social assets
- Strong management skills of teams, content creation projects and processes
- Experience working with wider performance / digital marketing teams to understand social media reporting/metrics
- Ability to lead and work as part of a small team
- Excellent organisational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver projects on-time
- Experience working with project management tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with video editing (added bonus)
- Knowledge of project management tools such as ClickUp (added bonus)
