We are seeking an experienced Manager Content & Social Media professional to lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of strategically aligned multi-media content within our Communication & Engagement/External Affairs Division. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Doncaster.

**About the role**

Reporting to the Senior Manager Media, the responsibilities of this position will include, but are not limited to:

- Execute strategy that drives high engagement and agreed narrative consistent with AV's strategic objectives for a range of social media platforms.
- Deliver impactful, creative and innovative content for external channels, including the AV website, with a focus on organic reach and storytelling.
- Foster continuous improvement in team performance, proactively identifying, developing and delivering solutions, sharing ideas and leading by example.
- Provide content expertise that supports and drives AV's strategy and be an active coach to stakeholders on communications content.
- Lead the planning, delivery, and creation of impactful, multi-media content through the most relevant and effective channels to target defined and prioritised opportunities.
- Develop and implement appropriate frameworks, systems, policies, procedures, and reports to support campaign activity.
- Work in collaboration with the division leaders, stakeholders, and colleagues to ensure integrated planning and delivery of best practice communication and engaging content.

**About you**

To be considered for this position you will possess:

- Completion of a postgraduate degree or relevant industry certification in digital marketing, advertising, public relations or communication and/or an equivalent combination of training and sound experience.
- Demonstrated performance delivering and evaluating social media outcomes.
- The ability to write and lead story development from end-to-end, creating effective and engaging social media content to meet different business needs.
- The drive and hustle to extract the best stories and creative content from around the organisation in collaboration with the media team.
- Ability to build positive working relationships and influence conversations.
- Highly organised and ability to manage multiple projects on time.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex strategic and creative concepts in simple ways.
- Experience in using storytelling and narrative to promote key messages and engage audiences through the production of compelling content, including producing and editing videos, infographics, and other contemporary content for use on social media platforms.
