**The Opportunity**

Reporting directly to the Finance General Manager you’ll be the primary business partner in Western Australia (WA) for the Animal Nutrition business. Supporting the commercial, operational and procurement managers in WA part of your role will be to facilitate the transfer of current business from the existing site in Bentley to the new production facility at Hope Valley WA.
- Responsibilities include but not limited to:_
- Management and development of 1 Direct Employee, Stock Controller & Finance Admin role.
- Lead Finance Business Partnering requirements for Hope Valley Project
- Lead Site Finance planning activities including AOP and forecasts
- Lead Site month end reporting activities including insights and analysis on trends and performance
- Responsible for Total Profit and Loss plus balance sheet related issues across Division in WA.
- Facilitate the transfer of the current WA site business from the current Bentley production site to Hope Valley
- Preparing customer and product pricing, management reporting, budgets and forecasts related to sales volume, price, margins and analysis
- Ensure all financial compliance and internal control requirements are met for the division
- Operational business partnering will include governing site policies and procedures and ensure inventory compliance plus cost control and accountability are managed.
- Develop and implement the strategic plan for the production site in line with the site and Division overall strategic plan
- Continually pursue options for improved productivity and output through continuous improvement, organisation alignment and fit-for-purpose systems, policies and protocols
- Ensure regular, consistent reporting and monitoring at organisation and team level to
- Establish and track against aligned KPIs in real-time for all aspects of site production and maintenance
- Take ownership for the financial delivery of the site and build commercial acumen and awareness in team
- Place continuous improvement at the heart of all on-site activity, and drive decision-making based on data, using visual
- Adhere to all HSE Policies
- Attend and participate in all required HSE activities and training
- Minimise environmental impact and use resources such as energy, water, raw materials as efficiently as possible and recycle when possible
- To be considered for this role you will need to: _
- Tertiary qualifications in Commerce or Finance
- CPA/CA Qualified or currently undertaking qualifications
- Previous experience in a commercial/business analyst role
- Previous experience in a Mfg./Production environment preferably FMCG
- Excellent MS Excel skills
- Strong MS Office skills including PowerPoint
- Familiar with SAP (ECC & BW)

- Possess strong communication (verbal & written) skills
