**About the Company**:
Working for an established group and supporting 3 businesses focused on steel distribution, processing and cutting. They have an excellent base of repeat clientele across the mining, construction, infrastructure, agriculture and transport industries.

They are currently looking for a
**HR Business Partner,** this will be a standalone role in WA supporting 3 General Managers across 3 separate businesses all part of the same group. With a team of approx. 150 staff in Western Australia, this would be a 360° role supporting all HR, IR, ER and recruitment requirements.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Support 3 business units with all HR, IR, ER & recruitment functions
- Maintain sound knowledge of current HR legislation & awards.
- Facilitate all HR processes such as performance management, remuneration reviews and onboarding new staff.
- Review, develop implement and maintain policies and procedures.
- Manage and coordinate recruitment.
- Drive initiatives in enhance workplace culture.
- Support with training and L&D initiatives.
- Support the HSE function within the business.

**Key Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a HR Generalist/HR Manager role, ideally a minimum of 3-4 years in human resources.
- Ability to manage all HR/ER/IR requirements across 3 businesses.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to partner with General Manager’s to support operations, improve systems, achieve objectives and drive organisational success.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources (Degree or Diploma) are preferred, but not essential.
- Previous experience working in a HR role in either the construction, infrastructure or mining industries managing a blue and white collar workforce.
