Sales Administration and Bookings Coordinator

**Sales Administration**
This is a highly reputable industry leading window furnishings company, well known to the Australian market. You will be joining a friendly team of experts, and joining a business that boasts Australia's largest range of indoor and outdoor blinds. They are known for being supportive of their employees and as a result attract staff that are keen to stay and grow within the business.
**About the role**:
- Monday to Friday - 9:00am to 5:00pm
- Making and receiving calls when booking in consultant's visits
- Assisting with customer phone enquiries and providing product information
- Noble Park location with plenty of parking available onsite
- Provide back up support for Service and Warranty and Scheduling department when required
**We are looking for someone with**:
- Previous Customer Service and Administration experience is an advantage
- Great phone manner and a good communicator
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive can-do attitude - willing to roll your sleeves up to get the job done or assist others
- Excellent time management skills
- Sound computer skills
- Reliable and a good team player
