**About the role**

Optus is seeking a motivated Associate Director of Acquisition Marketing, to ensure our acquisition advertising activity exemplifies and continually strengthens our Optus Brand Strategy, Brand Framework and Brand Creative approach, establishing Optus as an authentic fabric brand and ensuring world class creative execution.

**About you**

You are someone with the ability to coach and mentor team members, successfully leading performance to achieve continuous team capability, additionally you will bring:

- Confirmed experience in agency, Media or Marketing exposure creating iconic brands
- Strong understanding of acquisition marketing strategy and delivery of targeted and timely multi-channel activity
- Demonstrated ability to optimise the media mix and creative execution to drive demand and Omnichannel sales results
- Strategic thinking to anticipate audience needs and make sense of analytics
