**About the Opportunity**
The Associate Director of Communications and Marketing will lead a range of varied communication and marketing strategies to support Multicultural NSW in delivering its Strategic Plan. Working closely with the Director of Communications, the role will collaborate with a number of internal and external stakeholders to oversee communications channels and content across a wide range of projects.

**Responsibilities**
- **Communication Strategy & Projects**: Lead the development and implementation of communication and marketing strategies to support Multicultural NSW in delivering its Strategic Plan. Lead key and varied communication projects including but not limited to Grants Programs, the Annual Report, Marketing Strategy for Language Services and Internal Communications.
- **Channels strategy and content**: Coordinate and oversee communications channels and content, including digital.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Work collaboratively across NSW Government, representing Multicultural NSW with key NSW Government stakeholders.
- **Leadership**: Develop and lead a high performing team, providing a constructive and supportive work environment.

**Essential Requirements**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience in strategic communications.
- Extensive experience in leading, developing, implementing and measuring communication and marketing strategies for wide ranging audiences across multiple communication platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering digital media strategies to achieve an organisation’s objectives.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and inspiring a team.
- Demonstrated experience working with senior executive to deliver on business objectives.
