**About the role**

**Key Responsibilities**
This role will require you to think critically, and Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
- Provide administration support for the implementation and continual management of the Procore Software system including but not limited to:
- o Data Entry
- o Create and update Processes
- o Document control
- o Coordinate the implementation plan to ensure timelines are achieved
- Management of company credit cards
- Co -ordinate office stationery supplies
- Management of board room calendars
- Preparing weekly/ monthly reports
- Coordination of uniform allocation and ordering
**Skills and Experience**
- Min two years’ experience working within administration
- Prior experience working within construction industry would be advantageous
- High degree of attention to detail
- Computer literate - intermediate/advanced
(MS office suite & internet)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Be happy to work in a team environment and or autonomously
