CGC Recruitment is a specialist recruiter in the construction, engineering and design space.

**The Company**:
We have the opportunity for you to join a well known Tier 2 Architecture Studio in Melbourne's CBD. They are boutique; working on architecture and urban design.

**The Role**:
The Office Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of all administrative processes of the studio, carried out in a positive and supportive team environment.

The role is to start ASAP (notice periods fine), seeking friendly and hard working individual to join a collaborative culture and other creative personalities.

Ideally you will have come from a similar role in a similar business.

Can be full time or part-time to suit the individual:
$65k +Super based on experience.

**Key tasks & responsibilities**
- Owning the role of front of house including incoming calls and meet + greet (sat with the teams, not along at front of office)
- Assisting the HR/Practice Manager with QA and eventually owning that function
- Being the go to person for office related tasks
- Keep the studio, kitchen and meeting rooms tidy
- Keep supplies topped up in the kitchen, printers, stationery etc
- Building relationships with stakeholders and suppliers
- Working with the team to plan and social, training and client events
- Assist the HR/Practice Manager with onboarding new starters and ensuring they have everything they need
- Assist with adhoc tasks provided by the Practice Manager
