The Role Requires:

- The Restaurant Manager will need to have experience in dealing with KPIs including sales, budgets, rostering, and wastage to ensure business goals are met.
- A leader who gets the best out of their staff by training, motivating, and managing their team as well as inspiring them by going above and beyond.
- Passionate about the restaurant industry and constantly thinking about how the restaurants can improve.

About You:

- Excellent Communication skills, Leadership, Customer Service and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility in working hours and a willingness to cover shifts as needed
- Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Food safety certificate

**Salary**: $60,000 per year + super + bonuses
