**Flip Out Braybrook **is seeking the services of an experienced Store Supervisor to manage and assist in the day-to-day operations of the business.
- A drive to build and develop a dynamic team of employees following mandatory Franchise Operations Manuals.
- Ability to report to the manager and franchisees.
- Proven experience in supervising a team and lead by example yourself.
- Able to drive and understand word, excel, team’s intranet and point of sale.
- The ability to constantly train and overlook staff performance within a fast-paced environment, putting the staff to work and making them accountable.
- To follow strict mandatory processes where safety is concerned.
- Strong sales experience and recognizing sales to drive revenue.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- The successful supervisor must be able to work on a rotating roster, including weekdays, evenings and weekends.
- To serve at the front counter and lead by example, always offering outstanding customer service.
- A problem solver and a quick learner.
- Must have a can do positive can-do attitude.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Supervising: 1 year (required)
- Sales: 1 year (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
