**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
As a Location Team Leader at RampFest, you will play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of the business while driving sales and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

- All day-to-day operations of the business including, opening and closing venue, retail and online sales, customer relations and staff rostering and management.
- Stock control, purchasing, budgeting and online store management.
- Creating a sales-driven culture within the business and encouraging staff to reach KPI’s.
- Analysing sales reports to identify and develop action plans for underperforming categories and work in conjunction with the Director improve these.
- Providing stock feedback and managing inventory.
- Recruiting, managing performance and developing a team of up to 20 staff including induction, and training.
- WHS implementation and monitoring.

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**

We are seeking an experienced Location Team Leader with
- A proven track record in retail sales budgets and bottom-line profits
- A passion for the Action Sports lifestyle and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
- Leading, coaching and developing a team.
- Highly regarded if you have a coaching certification in either BMX, Skateboarding or Scootering.

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE**:

- Proficiency in using Shopify for instore and online retail.
- Excellent sales skills.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Excellent computer skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work unsupervised.
- Ability to solve problems, be flexible and manage change.
- Proficient in using initiate.
- Experience in managing staff and organising rosters.
- Ability to monitor and control labour costs.
- Experience in inventory control, stock ordering and product creation.
- Highly regarded if you have social media advertising experience.
- Highly regarded if you have a coaching certification in either BMX riding or scootering.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $47,844.06 - $78,295.87 per year

Expected hours: 28 - 36 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 3 years (preferred)
- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
