We are looking for a Finance & Administration Officer to join the VInet Technology Group as we continue to grow. We are seeking an individual with solid experience in all aspects of administration, accounts and finance management. Not only are we looking for someone with the traditional skillset of accounts receivable and payable, but an out of the box thinker that can help us grow by identifying opportunities to improve our back-office functions.

**What the role entails**:
**Finance Management**:

- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Transaction processing
- Payroll for each entity in the group
- Bank Reconciliations for multiple entities
- Preparation of BAS returns for multiple entities
- Liaison with external accountants as required
- Preparation of management reports

**Office Management**:

- Contribute to the sales process by:Liaison with suppliers as required

Managing billing to customers
Manage incoming and outgoing mail to head office
- Manage office supplies’ stock levels
- Maintain documentation on internal processes and procedures
- Support the Operations Manager in day to day operational matters

**Work Health and Safety**:

- Provide clear instructions, work procedures and practices to all staff to maintain the health and safety of the workplace at all times
- Manage all reported workplace hazards and incidents in line with relevant legislation and OHS&W system

**Personal Skills & Attributes - Selection Criteria**:

- Successful previous experience as a Finance & Administration Officer, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite of products
- Solid knowledge of Xero
- Understanding of intra-company management and billing
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and priorities work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a Managed Service Provider or Systems Integrator highly regarded
