**THE ROLE**

With a growing pipeline of work well into 2026 and beyond it is now time to extend the team that prides itself on ensuring customer needs are met with timely respect and care.

Now as they power into 2023, there are seeking a customer service expert with the ability to ensure the smooth running of a portfolio of live jobs, take the lead, own the problem at hand, and meet statutory deadlines, no day will be the same.

With an ever-changing schedule, you run your day, where you will need to bring your multitasking skills to the table. Juggling and making judgments all while coordinating and scheduling calls, liaising, and using your nous, sense, and ability to gauge problems ensuring favorable outcomes to the business and customer.

In an ever-changing environment where your opinion and client decision are paramount your day will look similar to the below;
- Wide-ranging interaction and coordination, with internal and external stakeholders
- You are the first point of contact for a portfolio of live jobs, prioritising and escalating while handling urgent calls from customers.
- Database entry, recording data and ensure client instructions for delivery or installation is correct and always live.
- You will be following industry and company procedures, debunking inquiries with your newly learned technical skills, but using intuition, instinct, and common sense.
- Champion the organisation required to ensure spare parts are sent to the right client across the state/country in a timely manner
- Monitor delivery to customers and eliminate where possible anomalies

Regular day-to-day communication with customers and your team is paramount in this role, you will be an empathetic and effective listener, drawing on your ability to work within required timeframes to provide accurate information as required.

**THE ESSENTIAL**
- Experience in a customer service, or scheduling, or coordinating role.
- Able to be empathic, in often a pressured customer situation.
- Have superior administrative skills.
- Able to be multi-skilled in a role, where no day is the same.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- A person with a can-do attitude, who thrives on timelines and variety.
- Advanced Microsoft skills
