**THE ROLE**

Are you ready to bring the **WOW **to Nutrition Warehouse? Your mission as a Fulfilment Team Leader is to ensure your team get our amazing products into the hands of our customer as efficiently and quickly as possible.

You will carry out regular audits and stocktakes and have an exceptional ability to motivate and drive team members to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
- Ensure all online customer orders are processed and dispatched within service level agreements
- Ensure all returned online customers orders are dealt with and followed up
- Complete stock takes and regular audits
- Ensure safety is of a high standard at all times within the fulfilment area and safety measures are complied with
- Oversee order fulfilment management and issue resolutions
- Provide regular progress and status reports to Head of Warehouse Operations
- Oversee the preparation of all order fulfilment status reports and support the Head of Warehouse Operations in operational reviews
- Coach and lead performance of the team to provide high level customer service Influence and motivate team members to achieve set KPIs

**AB **OUT YOU**

To be considered for this role you will ideally have experience leading a team and knowledge of warehouse operations. Some of the other things we look out for are:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience leading a team within the retail/manufacturing industry
- Previous experience in outbound fulfilment/picking and packing orders
- Knowledge of warehouse safety practices
- A clear communicator
- Ability to lead and support a large team
- Are highly organised with strong planning and delegating skills
- Are a problem solver and comfortable working under pressure
- You have a unique ability to think outside the box and get things done
- Comfortable managing competing priorities and changing directions quickly
- Warehouse qualification or similar (desirable)
