**About the role**
This role will operate in line with the divisional frameworks and work closely with the Team Leader, Risk & Quality Assurance, Member Services Leadership team, Compliance and Divisional Risk Manager.
This role is available as a** full-time permanent opportunity.**
**About you**
If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications may include:
- Demonstrated experience in quality and competency frameworks and measurement systems, including training strategy, development and management of operational risk.
- Proven ability to identify, manage and address risks and issues, including change resistance with the potential to impact the successful implementation of quality outcomes.
- Knowledge and understanding of the drivers, legislation and market trends within the superannuation and/or insurance industries.
- Demonstrated business and commercial acumen through communication of complex issues, assessment of risk and improvement recommendations.
- Demonstrated experience developing strong internal and stakeholder relationships.
- Highly developed interpersonal, oral and written communication skills including the ability to solve complex business issues and deliver successful solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and present reports, submission, policy and briefing papers as required.
