**Your new role**

As the Manager of Talent Acquisition in our dynamic and customer-focused team, you will find yourself immersed in a workplace that thrives on flexibility, and warm collaboration.

Leading and coaching a diligent and collaborative team, you will foster high levels of engagement, knowledge, capability, confidence, and performance. The high volume and fast-paced nature of our recruitment function means that your leadership skills will be crucial in maintaining visibility and delivering results that resonate with leaders across the University.

The scope of your responsibilities extends to providing specialist consultancy to the Vice Chancellor and Senior Executive Team. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing, managing, and delivering excellent, contemporary recruitment processes for executives and senior leaders.

Collaboration with the People and Culture leadership team is a key aspect of this role. Together, you will develop strategic initiatives that enhance Curtin's brand and employee value proposition. Your focus on contemporary and effective recruitment marketing and communications will contribute to positioning Curtin as an employer of choice.

To succeed in this role, you will leverage your extensive experience in designing and leading organisation-wide talent acquisition and engagement initiatives. Your track record in managing high standards of compliance, risk management, and recruitment due diligence will be a valuable asset. Previous experience working in a large, complex organisation will also be beneficial.

As this is a continuing role, you will require permanent work rights in Australia to be considered.
