We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join the team on a 6-month fixed term basis at our Perth Office.

**About this role**

This position is responsible for providing efficient and timely end to end talent acquisition support and advice to business leaders of all levels. This role is dedicated to the recruitment and onboarding of roles, both from within Australia and abroad, where there has been an agreed vacancy approved.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to provide end to end talent acquisition support with the objective of attracting the very best talent to Western Power.
- Managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process on requisitions through to onboarding, providing guidance to Hiring Managers on Western Power’s talent acquisition policies, procedures, and processes and systems
- Strengthening relationships with internal Human Resources Business Partnering team and developing cross functional relationships with the wider Human Resources Function through consistent, proactive collaboration to resolve recruitment issues and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Maintaining integrity of data in the Application Tracking System (ATS) to ensuring real time accuracy of data ready for moment in time reporting.
- Acting as relevant system champion (Success Factors / HROnboard) collaborating with relevant stakeholders to problem solve system issues, identifying and supporting systems enhancements and identifying potential opportunities for improvement.
- Continuously improving Western Power’s talent acquisition process, identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies ensuring Western Power’s recruitment process is robust and effective.

**About you**

We are seeking someone with experience and attributes that include:

- Tertiary or progression towards a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or relevant discipline, with demonstrated relevant industry experience in Human Resources or related discipline.
- At least 2 or more years previous industry experience in developing recruitment activities, working within a highly standardised process.
- Experience in high volume recruitment environments and managing campaign recruitment activities.
- High attention to detail and organisational skills to ensure compliance with key processes and data management.
- Experience in a position that involves a high volume of internal and external customer interaction and relationship management.
- Experience with MS Office Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Recruitment technology / systems experience required.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills and ability to act on own initiative within a clear, standardised.
