**Your new role**

Join a vibrant office space where our customer-focussed team works in a flexible and collaborative way to support a diverse range of stakeholders, University wide.

As Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for ensuring that recruitment strategies support the Strategic Plan and deliver on short
- and medium-term capability requirements. You will be the driving force for operational performance and change management to facilitate positive stakeholder engagement, empowering the function to innovate and make change. You will shape (or influence) our services, processes, systems and policies.

You will be leading and coaching a diligent, collaborative team to build elevated levels of engagement, knowledge, capability, confidence, and performance. You will thrive leading a high volume, fast paced recruitment function that is highly visible to leaders across the University.

In addition, you will provide specialist consultancy to the Vice Chancellor and Senior Executive Team to design, manage, and deliver excellent, contemporary recruitment of Executives and senior leaders.

You will also work closely with the People and Culture leadership team to develop strategic initiatives that enhance Curtin's brand and employee value proposition, ensuring contemporary and effective recruitment marketing and communications.

To be successful in this role, you will have extensive experience in designing and leading organisation-wide talent acquisition and engagement initiatives to deliver results, and experience in managing high standards of compliance, risk management, and recruitment due diligence. Previous experience working in a large, complex organisations is helpful.

As this is a continuing role, you will require permanent work rights in Australia to be considered.
