**MyStay International** is a leading provider of student accommodation experiences, with a focus on the International Education sector. We are currently seeking a **Business Support Coordinator** to join our team.

As a company, we pride ourselves on developing our own accommodation and financial technology solutions with an in-house development team and a central finance team. Our operations division manages corporate and administrative services for homestay/hosted accommodation businesses across Australia (Australian Homestay Network) and New Zealand (New Zealand Homestay), with plans for further global expansion in the coming years. Our Sales/Marketing team works in both local and global environments to bring in new business and build and maintain partnerships with education partners worldwide.

As our **Business Support Coordinator**, you will play an integral role in our group by providing day-to-day administrative support to all of our teams, as well as learning related workflows and duties as appropriate.

This is an **entry-level position** that offers you the opportunity for immersion in our primary business activities, to opportunity to develop your skills in multiple areas, and provide potential internal pathways within a rapidly growing and ambitious company.

Key Requirements:

- Some previous administrative support experience (and/or a relevant qualification) is necessary
- Some previous Accounts Payable/Receivable experience is preferred, but not essential

Ideally you are:

- A strong written and verbal communicator
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Generally technologically savvy, with an interest in learning new systems
- A fast learner, with good time management skills
- A natural multitasker and can efficiently move from one task to another
- Setup appropriately for flexible working arrangements (primarily from home with regular office/meeting days)

Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is fun to work with, and who is eager to learn and grow with our business. You will be joining a core team of 17 friendly people, most of whom have worked together for many years in and around the Brisbane area, connecting to a larger business network based around Australia and New Zealand.

**Salary**: Up to $65,000.00 per year
