We are looking for a dynamic Licensing Coordinator to join our amazing team.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
Assess, Review, Prepare and Collate Licence Applications for L2T Clients.

Onboarding New Clients
Drafting Licence Application Forms
Obtaining, receiving, and organising Qualifications and Other Supporting Documents from clients
Liaising with L2T Sales Consultants to provide advice and support where required
Operate as 1st point of contact for new and existing clients
Appointment setting to introduce new and existing clients to the business
Preparing operational and administrative documents such as invoices, quotes, client correspondence and reporting
Managing client information, documents, and workflow through CRM to maintain an accurate reflection of the client’s journey
Undertake general administrative duties and support communication across all Polymath Group Ventures companies.
Provide support and other tasks as directed by the Business Manager

**ESSENTIAL SKILLS**

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong document formatting skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Adaptable and flexible personality to suit administrative tasks
Be able to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Excellent organisational skills
High levels of attention to detail
Work as one team to achieve outcomes

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:
