Our consultants manage the full travel/business cycle, so all our clients have to do is fly Our clients consist of high-net-worth individuals including film stars, musicians, models, and sports stars. Our private jets division has chartered helicopters and private jets for everything from meetings and business acquisitions to catwalk debuts, music festivals and proposals. Everyday offers up new experiences, with internal progression and planned expansion creating vacancies for new talent to join our current sales team.
**OUR STORY**
Air Charter Service was established in 1990 in the basement of our Chairman’s home and today employs over 500 people globally, across 27 offices on six continents. We are not just the largest charter brokerage in the world, but also the largest charter family, holding those same values that started this business at the core of everything we do.
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Our starting position as a Trainee Broker role is to generate new leads to convert in to profitable business and through excellent relationship building retaining those clients. This will be achieved by focusing on client needs and setting yourself high expectations in terms of results.
A Broker should always be looking for ways to win new business; this includes keeping up to date with competitor information and be interested in always seeking out new opportunities through networking and keeping abreast of current affairs.

**WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR**
- Exceptional communication skills, fluency in English
- One other Asia Pacific Language is desirable (Thai, Bahasa and Mandarin etc.)
- Building your list of potential clients by researching internal and external databases, websites and social media
- Strong numeracy skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
