Practice Manager/receptionist

Key Duties:
Planning: Rosters,maintain compliance.Ensure the efficient operation of all non clinical aspects of the clinic.
Financial Managment: Patient Records,Finacial Reporting,Budgeting and Payroll.Ensure the Practice operates to best practice guidelines and utilise all available Government Incentives.
HR: Lead the Administration/Reception Team.Manage Staff matters and Oversee Professional Development.Complaints Management.
IT and Systems: Monitor Administration Procedures/Systems,Ensuring Data Security and Office Efficiency.
Marketing: Promote the Practice and Develop Marketing Strategies to grow the Practice.
Management: Be the first point of contact for Administration and Operational matters.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
**Experience**:
- Medical practice management: 1 year (required)

- Australia (required)
Ability to Commute:
- WARRAWONG, NSW 2502 (required)
Ability to Relocate:
- WARRAWONG, NSW 2502: Relocate before starting work (required)
