**The Role**:
**Roster**:
Mon-Fri (9:00am-5:00pm) office based. Outside of work normal hours is required for technical fixes and system rollouts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and maintain the POS terminal system
- Manage the rollout of new sites and ensure seamless implementation
- Update and maintain accurate price-lists
- Oversee barcoding management and ensure accuracy
- Provide overall management of the POS system and identify areas for improvement
- Conduct system training for employees and provide support as needed
- Triage first-level support calls and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Communicate changes and updates to the business to ensure seamless operation
- Manage menu items and pricing
- Data entry into POS and similar systems
- Travel interstate as required
- Liaise with Procurement on catalogues updates and changes
- Manage systems alerts such as items purchased with no price allocated
- Deliver to agreed SLAs

**Skills and Qualifications**:
**Must haves**:

- Experience managing MS SQL Databases
- Experience working with Windows Server
- Working with pricing & product updates in a POS Database
- Experience in system administration and project planning
- Proficiency in using:

- idealPOS (preferred over other POS)
- EFTPOS
- Google WorkSpace and Google Cloud Project
- Mr Yum
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Teamviewer
