With a rewarding transformation underway, there is a solid program of work identified and we are looking for an experienced L&D specialised to lead part of the broader People and Culture Program. If you are outcomes focused and thrive on delivery, this is a highly rewarding program to lead.

**This role is a 24-month Fixed Term, Contract and Hybrid role and is based in our CBD office close to Parliament Station.**

**The Role**:
The
**Learning and Development Specialist** is a newly created position which will focus on executing a program of work identified within the People and Culture strategic business plan. Collaborating with a range of stakeholders the role will work closely across all layers of CoINVEST to identify, develop, deliver, measure and report on modern training initiatives designed to build business capability. This role will implement the learning and development framework including the design and development of a capability framework, minimum skill criteria aligned to a classification structure, talent assessment and development planning. Critical to your success will be your commitment to the development of those around you, thought building solid Learning foundations for COINVEST.

This new
**Learning and Development Specialist** role requires an individual who can:

- Design and deliver contemporary, engaging and effective learning solutions in response to the business’s People and Culture plan and priorities;
- Partner with business stakeholders to undertake needs analysis and scope and design programs that support their needs.
- Develop an end-to-end program of training identifying strategic learning and development initiatives aligned to business focus areas and to support organisational wide capability uplift.
- Recommend and implement a best practice online learning platform
- Co-ordinate training across the organisation and maintain the centralised learning calendar
- Assist with the provision of strategic and technical organisational development advice, programs and training to achieve cultural change.
- Facilitate Inhouse training for leaders & employees
- In conjunction with the P&C team drive change management across the business to support strategic initiatives and deliver operational change as necessary.
- Learning Platform management and continuous improvement
- lead, drive and maintain effective governance mechanisms to enable effective business alignment on both strategic and operational learning priorities

**Who are you?**

You have more than 3 yeas experiences delivering an end-to-end Learning and development program, with experience designing and implementing initiatives and embedding these into the employee lifecycle. You will have demonstrated experience in nurturing change throughout multiple transformation projects and initiatives across organisations, offer a true passion for delivering business wide cultural uplift in communication and engagement and are committed to supporting effective business transformation.
