Recruitment and Compliance Coordinator

As a fast-growing organization, we are seeking someone who can ensure our team meets the NDIS Price Guide and Quality and Safety Standards. We foster a positive, friendly atmosphere and are looking for someone who is fun and approachable but takes their work seriously. This is an office-based position, and remote work is not available.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and update staff compliance documents, ensuring all certifications and qualifications are current.
- Organize and facilitate staff inductions and training sessions for new team members.
- Ensure compliance with the NDIS Price Guide, as well as Quality and Safety Standards.
- Handle phone communications, responding to inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
- Collect and compile feedback from staff and participants for continuous improvement.
- Provide administrative support for the overall office operations as needed.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A solid understanding of mental health services and the NDIS guidelines.
- Experience in recruitment, compliance, or a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Knowledge of the NDIS Price Guide and Quality and Safety Standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
**Job Type**: Casual
Pay: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
