Hydro Blaster Specialist

As a Hydro Blaster Specialist with Talent Vision 360, you will be responsible for performing hydro demolition and surface preparation on jetty areas at Kwinana Bulk Terminal. This role requires experience in high-pressure water blasting or UHP equipment operation, with a focus on quality finishes, accurate quality control, and daily safety reporting.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Operate high-pressure water jetting equipment to prepare surfaces for sealant, treatment, or paint applications.
• Maintain and clean all jetting equipment daily, reporting any issues to the supervisor.
• Uphold high standards for quality, accurate quality control (QC) documentation, and daily safety reporting.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in high-pressure water blasting or UHP equipment operation.
• Required Certifications: High Pressure Water Blasting Operator or Assistant Ticket, Construction Industry White Card, MSIC (Maritime Security Identification Card) – Preferred, Recent 3-month Medical + DAS clearance.
