Warranty & Admin Assistant

We are an Australian family-owned caravan manufacturer based in Somerton Victoria looking for an experienced Warranty/Admin Assistant to join our friendly team.

Assisting the Operations Manager and other staff members your tasks will include;
- Assisting customers with warranty enquiries/claims through to completion
- Liaising with customers, repairers, suppliers and dealerships ensuring our policies/procedures are adhered to and jobs are completed on time
- Arranging for claims, repairer or supplier quotes/invoices to be approved or paid so work can be carried out
- Keeping accurate records and tracking of warranty claims
- Issuing spare parts to be sent out via Australia Post or courier
- Reception and other administration duties as required

Skills/Experience Required
- Experience in processing of warranty claims
- Experience in all aspects of office administration
- General knowledge of caravans and general mechanical aptitude would be highly desirable
- Highly developed Computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Flexibility to take up other admin work when required
- Exceptional customer service skills and friendly phone manner
- Experience dealing with customers, suppliers and other staff professionally
- Ability to maintain relevant records and accuracy of data
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Advanced communication skills both written and verbal
- Current drivers' licence and own transport

The position is a maternity leave position with a view to permanency

Work hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm preferable but can be negotiated to suit

Great work environment and free parking available

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
